We bought a batch of these a few years ago while we were setting up our studio in Kunming and weren't in a rush to sell them at the time, so just put them away in our storage.
They're rice pattern cups from Jingdezhen kiln from the 1980's. In those days, these cups were once very cheap everyday ware, but have become more and more sought after in recent years. The blue glaze patterns are more common, but we like this red colour. The walls are quite thin and refined... especially compared to the later cups produced in the 90's and 2000's.
These are a nice size for drinking tea and affordable enough to own a set for drinking with friends. They are in perfect, unused condition.
