We took a video camera with us last spring to Wuyishan & have been editing some of the footage we took into a short film. Master Huang was very kind and accommodating with us and spoke at length about his thoughts and techniques behind the hand-processing of his Wuyi yancha.

I’d been thinking to post it all in one go, but Kathy reminded me that attention spans in this digital age aren’t what they once were, so I’ll be splitting up the 25 min film into a few pieces. For ease of reference in the future I’ll post the complete piece also at the end.
