Refunds/Damaged Goods

If items in your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days.  We'll do what we can to help - shipping a replacement or, if none is available, offering a full refund.

If you change your mind, you're welcome to return unused teaware at your own cost.  There will be a 10% restocking fee for these items and any import taxes charged for the returned parcel will not be refundable.  As a consumable, tea cannot be refunded - I'm sure you'd hope that the tea you receive hadn't been shipped around the world and returned by a previous customer.  We wouldn't feel comfortable sending this out too.
