Thick Paper 8582 was the first batch of this recipe, made in the mid-80's and using a blend of plantation tea with old tree tea, thought to be from Yiwu area.
This is one of the most renowned cakes of the Chi-Tse era of puerh production and is sought after and renowned amongst collectors of aged puerh tea. Unfortunately the price has increased accordingly.
The taste is smooth and pure tasting, with a pronounced camphor flavour and with a very nice qi.
