This gaiwan is in excellent condition. There are no chips or cracks. It dates from Qing Dynasty and is over 100 years old. This type of Gaiwan is more and more difficult to find these days - especially in this condition.
This is handmade and woodfired. It has some character as appropriate for its age. Size is measured to just below the rim.
