We personally prefer single hole Yixing teapots for their quick pour and ease of unblocking, we realise though that some people would like to have a filter in their pots. In the market there are cheap metal strainers similar to this, but made from unknown metal and can be prone to rust.

We specially ordered these 99.9% pure silver strainers from one of the Yunnan silversmiths we work with for silver kettles. Pure silver can have a good effect on the water in general and with these at least you can be confident that it wouldn't negatively affect your tea.

These are suitable for single hole teapots to minimise the blockage of tea leaves in the spout when brewing.
