This is a lovely tea. The tea is from 2006. Although pressed in 2006, it was rewrapped later due to degradation of the wrappers. Quanjihao is a small family studio based in Manzhuan and specialising in tea from the 6 famous tea mountains.
This tea has turned out very nicely. The storage has been very clean, with enough heat and humidity to age nicely without picking up any off flavours.
The tea itself is super smooth with a lovely toffee-like sweetness, good thickness and strength with a long, steady, mouthwatering aftertaste
A lovely tea, at a price that is exceptional for this quality.
