We found a few cakes of this in our long term storage in Malaysia and decided to offer them online.
We pressed this in 2015, selecting the 15 oldest trees in a garden near Bangwai. The tea is medium-thick and pure, good aftertaste and robust character. It has nicely aged in Malaysia, losing the greenness of youth and transforming into middle-age. There is a slight astringency to the finish, inducing salivation and steady aftertaste.
