This tea comes from trees growing at the edge of the protected forest near Yiwu's Zhangjiawan village. The trees are old, grown and cared for without agrochemicals, and in excellent environment, and has nice forest character but without the cost of other teas growing within the protected reserve.
In the cup, this tea is lively with floral notes that burst in the mouth and nose, good body and steady, long aftertaste. It has the strength and body to age well. This area of northern Yiwu is a little off the map for the majority of tea buyers who flock to the more hyped villages closer to Yiwu town, but we love it
