This comes from the same trees as our very popular Beyond the Clouds Sun-dried Red Tea. After experimentation over the years we decided to buy the farmer a roaster and offer a roasted version of this tea.
I think we've got the balance right, slightly sun drying and then roasting the tea - it lifts up the tea and brings out the aromas and higher flavours.
This is a lovely tea at a price that makes it perfect for everyday drinking.
