Baishahe is a lesser-known but highly regarded tea-growing area located approximately 15 kilometers from Guafengzhai village. The tea trees here grow in the protected forest area, with good biodiversity and shade trees.This contributes to a more concentrated flavor in the leaves.
The tea has a sweet and smooth taste with a subtle bitterness. A faint astringency appears but fades quickly. Sweetness balances the bitterness well. The tea has a pleasant fragrance in the cup and leaves a lasting taste in the mouth and throat. Honey and fruit notes linger nicely in the mouth.
