DuoNiYe (多尼叶) is a lesser known varietal, coming from ~40 year old trees in Wudong's Li Zaiping Village. It was processed with medium oxidation and two charcoal roasts in the months after picking, then left to rest before releasing for sale.
This style of processing has made a tea that is very balanced and comfortable to drink. There is a good depth of flavours and aromas and good thickness in the mouth and throat.
