This was our first year visiting Guafengzhai, a village we have visited most years since and have grown to love.
We've been looking back critically on our old pressings with the benefit of experience. While there was definitely a learning curve and our later productions were higher quality, we've been very happy with how these early pressings have been changing.
This is nicely aged. It has been in our Malaysia warehouse since 2014 and has transformed nicely. It's medium-thick, smooth, clean and pure. It has nice concentration in the mouth and a very nice tea to drink.
