We've had this batch of Liubao in our Malaysian warehouse for the past 10 years. This was produced by Wuzhou Zhongcha factory under the Duoteli brand. It comes in 25kg boxes, marked 中国产品， signifying it as early 90's (This marking changed somewhere around 1995/96).
It's a loose leaf liubao and contains some clumps of chatou (clumped together leaves from the fermentation process).
It's thick, smooth and mellow, with good viscosity in the mouth and a nice concentrated character.
