This was produced by an old acquaintance of ours - a Menghai native specialising in Bulang and Mengsong regions. It has been stored in Menghai since new.
We've long loved tea from Pasha but for some reason never sold tea from there. This tea doesn't disappoint. It's strong - a slap in the face qi, healthy bitterness and thick body. Above average astringency, but this melts in the mouth, inducing saliva and long aftertaste.
For those looking for a tea to make you sit up straight and take notice, this is a good choice. For those wanting something more refined, maybe Yiwu would be a better choice.
