This is a really beautiful cherry blossom Ming cup - it had a chip but has been expertly repaired. with a kintsugi (Pure silver) repair on the lip. These repairs take a lot of skill (around 30 days period) to do well and many people feel that the object is even more beautiful after the repair，this size of Ming cup is not easy to found nowadays. Also with nice and rich glazing, the cherry blossom painting is lovely as well.
Otherwise it's in a perfect condition with no chips or cracks.
As with all antiques of this period, this is handmade and wood fired. Please expect some character as is appropriate for its age.
